Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

hotelpapermoon is an independent travel information resource. We operate a hotel search and booking referral service for casino resort hotels with spa facilities. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

We collect data you give us directly. When you use the hotel search filter, subscribe to Premium, or contact us, you provide an email address and any preferences you enter. We store this to operate the service.

We collect data automatically. Your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration are logged when you use the site. We use this to understand how the site is used and to fix problems.

We do not collect payment data. All transactions go through third-party booking partners. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

Why We Collect It

We use your email to send what you asked for — booking confirmations, Premium membership updates, and editorial newsletters if you subscribed. We use session data to improve the site. We use nothing for advertising to third parties.

Who Sees Your Data

We share data with service providers who run the site — hosting, analytics, email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

If a booking link takes you to a hotel partner or booking platform, you leave hotelpapermoon. Their privacy policy applies from that point.

How Long We Keep It

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months. We delete it on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form with no retention limit.

Your Rights

Your rights depend on your jurisdiction. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may have the right to object to processing or withdraw consent. Exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country.
