Common questions
How does early rate access work?
When a hotel partner makes a negotiated rate available to hotelpapermoon, Concierge members receive a notification 24 hours before the rate is published on the public pages. You will see a members-only listing with a direct booking link and the offer window. Public pricing goes live the following day — by which point member allocations may already be partially filled.
What is included in the press kit?
Each press kit contains: high-resolution images cleared for editorial and online publication (typically 15–30 per property), a property factsheet with room categories, spa facilities and casino game inventory, a media contact at the hotel, and a filming permissions template. Where available, we also include previous press trip itineraries as reference for planning your own schedule.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can also be cancelled at any time and you retain access until the end of the paid year — we do not offer prorated refunds on annual plans except where required by applicable consumer law. Cancellation takes less than a minute and requires no contact with support.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. hotelpapermoon does not store card numbers at any point — your payment details are held and managed entirely by Stripe's infrastructure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. SEPA Direct Debit is available for annual plans on request.
Do you offer team or agency plans?
Not as a self-serve option currently, but we do handle team and agency arrangements on request. If you manage multiple creators or run a content production company that covers casino hotel destinations, write to [email protected] with a brief description of your team size and use case. We offer bespoke multi-seat arrangements with shared press kit access and dedicated briefing calls.
